  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup oil (olive oil recommended)
  • 1 cup cooked corn
  • 1/2 jalapeño (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp red onion (diced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro

Instructions
