  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (about 10-11 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun spices and sear until golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add heavy cream and milk. Stir in cream cheese and cheeses until melted and smooth.
  4. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until evenly coated. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if necessary.
  5. Serve chicken alongside pasta, garnished with parsley.
