  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 8-10 oz can artichokes (diced)
  • 1 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Grated parmesan (to sprinkle on top)
  • Mozzarella (to sprinkle on top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, diced artichokes, thawed spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish or cast iron skillet.
  4. Top with additional mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly; broil for an extra 2 minutes if desired for a golden top.
