  • 1 tsp dry coriander powder
  • 2 green chilies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp celery seeds
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp white vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • 2 tsp cooking oil
  • Fresh cilantro
  • For garnish: onion rings and coal

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with all spices and herbs. Add oil and soda, then mix well using your hands.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Form round shapes using your hands, creating holes in the center of each kebab.
  4. Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium heat and fry the kebabs until dark brown on both sides.
  5. On the grill, sauté onion rings in oil before adding the kebabs for an additional layer of flavor.
  6. For smoky infusion, light coal, place it in the center of your grill, drizzle with oil, and cover briefly.
