Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 8 sheets filo pastry
- 4 slices feta cheese
- 1 cup good quality honey
- Black sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer four sheets of filo pastry on a clean surface, brushing each with melted butter.
- Place two slices of feta in the center, drizzle half of the honey over it, and fold the pastry over to enclose the feta completely.
- Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush the top with more melted butter, and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
