- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pink sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prepare the pineapple by cutting off the skin and core, then slice into rings. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 7 minutes on each side and the pineapple for about 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized.
