Ingredients
- 5 medium zucchinis
- Salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1.5 Tbsp honey
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the ends off the zucchinis and cut them lengthwise into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Sprinkle salt over the zucchini slices and let them sit for 20 minutes to drain excess moisture. Pat dry with a cloth.
