- 1 3.4 oz box instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup frosting
- Candy melts
- Toppings (sprinkles, candy eyes)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with baking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix at medium speed for about 2 minutes.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, crumble the cake into fine pieces and mix with frosting until combined.
- Form small balls from the mixture (about one inch in diameter) and chill for at least two hours on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl at medium power in intervals until smooth.
- Dip lollipop sticks into melted candy melts then insert them into each chilled ball. Freeze for about 20 minutes.
- Dip each pop into the melted candy melts and decorate while wet.
