- 5 ounces sliced olives
- 14 ounces cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 3–4 ounces turkey pepperoni (quartered)
- 6 ounces fresh mozzarella (cubed)
- 2 ounces fresh basil (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup light Caesar dressing
- 1/3 cup light Greek dressing
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini noodles according to package instructions in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with cucumber, carrot, yellow bell pepper, red onion, olives, cherry tomatoes, turkey pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil.
