  • 1/4 cup unsalted sweet cream butter (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (for filling)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla; blend until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until combined.
  5. Roll dough into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  7. For the filling, beat together softened butter and peanut butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix in milk until smooth.
