Ingredients
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1.5 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 0.5 cup brown sugar for cinnamon swirl
- 1 tbsp cinnamon for cinnamon swirl
- 0.25 cup melted butter for cinnamon swirl
- 4 oz softened cream cheese for icing
- 1 cup powdered sugar for icing
- 1–2 tbsp milk for icing
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract for icing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl.
- Spread blondie batter in the baking dish, drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture on top, then swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are golden; let cool completely before icing.
- To make icing, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until creamy.
