  • 0.25 cup melted butter for cinnamon swirl
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese for icing
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for icing
  • 12 tbsp milk for icing
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract for icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl.
  5. Spread blondie batter in the baking dish, drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture on top, then swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are golden; let cool completely before icing.
  7. To make icing, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until creamy.
