- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Irish barley tea
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, for garnish
