Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Grate the zucchinis using a box grater or food processor.

- In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and grated zucchini until well combined.
