- 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
- 1 cup fresh ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, ricotta, parsley, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Wet your hands and shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
