  • 220 g all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 ml warm water
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 250 g Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 red onion
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 10 walnuts
  • Fresh thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, olive oil, salt, egg yolk, and warm water to form the dough. Knead well and let it rest covered for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  3. Roll out the rested dough as thin as possible.
  4. Mix sour cream with salt, pepper, and nutmeg in another bowl.
  5. Slice the Hokkaido pumpkin and onion thinly. Crumble the feta cheese and roughly chop the walnuts.
  6. Spread the sour cream mix over the rolled-out dough. Top with pumpkin slices, onion rings, feta cheese, and walnuts.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
