  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1 cup queso cheese sauce
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water as per package instructions. Simmer until thickened.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into 4-inch squares.
  4. Place a portion of the beef mixture in the center of each square. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, diced tomatoes, onions, black olives, and jalapeños.
  5. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and seal tightly.
  6. Place filled bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Heat queso cheese sauce and drizzle over baked pizza bombs before garnishing with fresh cilantro.
