- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 cup queso cheese sauce
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water as per package instructions. Simmer until thickened.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into 4-inch squares.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture in the center of each square. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, diced tomatoes, onions, black olives, and jalapeños.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and seal tightly.
