  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup white cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp additional parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp melted unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare spinach by washing fresh or thawing and draining frozen spinach.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sautéed garlic with spinach, cream cheese, heavy cream, both cheeses, and seasonings; mix well.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with Panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese; drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
