  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped for garnish
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Reduce heat and mix in softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Stir in drained diced tomatoes, refried beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
