  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives (for garnish)
  • Feta cheese (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, grated

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry all vegetables.
  2. Thinly slice the celery and chop the herbs.
