- 1 cup water

- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup frozen corn
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks; drain excess fat.
