- ⅓ cup hot water (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a bowl, sift together cake flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
- In a stand mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar until sandy; add egg yolks and mix until light.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the mixer in three parts alternating with sour cream. Mix until smooth yet slightly sticky.
