- 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour

- ½ cup sour cream (room temperature)
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream (room temperature)
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- ¼ cup salted butter (½ stick)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- 6 cups sliced fresh peaches
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- ½ cup salted butter (softened)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust, then bake for 10 minutes.
- For the filling, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and flour. Mix in vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy whipping cream until smooth. Incorporate eggs one at a time.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 60-75 minutes until set.
- In a saucepan, cook sliced peaches with brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and butter until tender. Spread over cooled cheesecake.
- Combine cake mix with softened butter until crumbly; sprinkle over peaches. Drizzle with heavy cream and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
