- 10 oz challah or French bread, cut into large chunks
- 24 oz frozen sliced peaches, thawed and drained (or any fruit of your choice)
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp light butter
