  • 8 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 stick salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (divided)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and salt until well-coated. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, cream together brown sugar, remaining flour, room temperature butter, and remaining cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats until combined.
  4. Crumble the oat mixture over the peach filling evenly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until topping is golden brown.
