- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar

- 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (divided)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
