- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (divided)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
- 1¾ cup old-fashioned oats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly butter a 9×9 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared baking pan.
