Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2–3 ripe peaches (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Spoon into each muffin cup and place peach slices on top.
