  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 23 ripe peaches (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar. Spoon into each muffin cup and place peach slices on top.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.
