- 1 1/4 cups creamy conventional peanut butter
- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 ounces semisweet baking chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the semisweet baking chocolate and unsalted butter together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
