  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

  • 2 to 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Add frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions (5-7 minutes) until tender.
  4. If using mushrooms or greens, add them during the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, then ladle into bowls garnished with green onions.
