- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 15 ounces pumpkin puree
- 1 loaf brioche or challah bread
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, milk, pumpkin puree, and sweetened condensed milk until combined.
- Layer half of the bread in the greased dish and spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top. Add remaining bread followed by the pumpkin mixture. Gently press down.
