- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats

- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
