- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened) for frosting
- 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese (cold or slightly softened)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract for frosting
- Pinch of salt for frosting
- Unsweetened cocoa powder or cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
