  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper, finely diced
  • 1 orange pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: slice the chicken, onion, and orange pepper; mince the garlic; dice the jalapeño; shred the cabbage.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion until softened (about 3 minutes). Add garlic and jalapeño; cook for another minute.
  4. Toss in cabbage and orange pepper; stir-fry for about 5–7 minutes until cabbage is tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in chicken stock, oyster sauce, and soy sauce; mix well to coat vegetables evenly.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and combine everything; cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until heated through.
