Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Optionally, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim the woody stems from the halved Brussels sprouts, remove any brown leaves, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with ½ tablespoon olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Arrange in a single layer on the baking tray.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
- For the dressing, mix olive oil, apple cider vinegar, orange juice, maple syrup, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small jar or bowl.
