Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and let cool slightly before adding the egg.
- Mix in brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
- Spread the batter in the prepared dish and bake for about 10–12 minutes until edges firm up.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and coconut on top, followed by drizzling with sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce.
