- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 6 oz bay scallops
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup white apple vinegar or chicken/seafood stock
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 lasagna noodles (no-boil or cooked)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ½ tsp salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp white pepper
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or basil, chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the seafood by patting dry and seasoning with Old Bay seasoning.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat; sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Whisk in flour, then gradually add cream and vinegar; simmer until thickened.

- Top with remaining sauce and cheeses; cover with foil and bake at 375°F for about 45 minutes; uncover for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
