  • 2 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  2. Cut four sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, each about 14 by 12 inches.
  3. Divide shrimp among the foil packs and arrange asparagus alongside.
  4. Drizzle each pack with vinegar or broth, then sprinkle garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add butter pieces evenly over the top.
  6. Seal the packets tightly but leave some space inside for steam circulation.
  7. Cook on the grill or in the oven for about 9 – 10 minutes until shrimp is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley.
