  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef strips in a mixture of soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Sauté sliced onions in 1 tbsp vegetable oil until soft; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil on high heat and stir-fry the marinated beef until browned (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch in a bowl; pour over beef and simmer until thickened.
