- 1 tsp turmeric

- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil (for browning)
Instructions
