  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix beef cubes with Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place halved baby potatoes in the slow cooker and drizzle with half of the melted butter and olive oil. Top with minced garlic.
  3. Add seasoned beef on top of the potatoes and drizzle remaining butter and oil.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until beef is fork-tender.
  5. Gently stir before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
