Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons diced green onion
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped or minced)
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 strips turkey bacon (cooked and cut in half making 4 pieces)
- 2 buns (preferably brioche)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, red bell pepper, green onion, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and roll each into a ball.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken balls to the skillet and smash each down to form patties.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Top each patty with cheddar cheese and cover the skillet until melted.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading mayo and sriracha on toasted buns, adding patties, sliced red onion, and turkey bacon.
