- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage

- 2 large avocados (sliced)
- 4 burrito-sized tortillas
- 4 tablespoons Southwest dressing
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime (squeezed)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken by mixing salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, and cumin. Coat the chicken evenly and let it rest for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat avocado oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
