- 2–4 cloves peeled raw Garlic (optional)
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, combine peeled ginger, turmeric (fresh or powdered), quartered lemons, quartered oranges, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and raw honey.
- Blend until smooth.
- Using a mesh strainer over a large bowl, strain the mixture to separate the juice from pulp.
- Pour the strained juice into a measuring cup with a spout for easy transfer.
