- 1 cup cooked ground turkey or beef
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cubed sweet potato with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat and sauté the seasoned ground turkey or beef until browned (6-8 minutes).
- Slice the avocado and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- To assemble the bowl: layer cottage cheese at the bottom, followed by roasted sweet potatoes and ground meat. Top with sliced avocado and drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
