- 2 cups Fresh Spinach (sautéed)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 large Egg
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 8 oz Low-Moisture Mozzarella Cubes
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté the fresh spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, sautéed spinach, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes.
- Mix until well incorporated and form into golf-sized meatballs.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
