Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/3 cup rice flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder, optional
- 1/3 – 1/4 cup water
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice apple vinegar
- 1–2 tbsp Sriracha sauce, adjust to taste
- 1 inch fresh ginger, finely minced
- 4–5 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and place cauliflower florets in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together rice flour, cornstarch, garlic powder (if using), and water until smooth. Pour over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the coated cauliflower on a lined baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and roast for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, Sriracha, minced ginger, garlic, honey or maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Thicken the sauce by mixing cornstarch with water; add to the simmering sauce until thickened.
- Toss roasted cauliflower in the prepared sauce and garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions, and sliced chilis before serving.
