- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sparkling sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F, and generously butter a 9" deep-dish pie plate.
- Peel and slice the peaches into eight equal slices, then lay them on a paper towel to absorb moisture.
