  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 cup jasmine or basmati rice

  2. Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp (about 5 minutes); remove from heat.

  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
