  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar (white sugar)
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon (reserve for garnishment)
  • 1 stick Butter (unsalted cold)
  • 1/4 cup Boiling hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Granulated sugar (to dust top of cobbler)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased 9×13 baking dish, combine frozen peaches, sugars, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and butter. Mix well and bake for 20 minutes.
