Instructions
- Microwave sweet potatoes until tender (about 8-10 minutes). Let rest.
- Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out flesh. Mash with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, brown ground turkey; add garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and crushed tomatoes. Cook until combined.
