- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and prepare a 9-inch springform pan.
- For the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix until combined. Press into the bottom of the springform pan and refrigerate.
- For the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and flour. Mix in vanilla bean paste and extract. Gradually add eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream and lemon juice.
- Brown the butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown; let cool slightly before adding to the cheesecake mixture.
